Winter Shipping Policy
Live cacti are shipped in the winter months with a 72 hour heat pack. When checking out, a 1 or 2 day shipping option must be chosen to ensure your cactus arrives alive. If a 1 or 2 day option is not available, please email us using our contact page and we will try to find a shipping option through a third party carrier. A handling fee of $14.29 CAD will be automatically applied to live cactus orders to cover the cost of a heat pack and insulated shipping container.
